Express Entry Application System

The Express Entry system, Canada’s new Electronic Application Management System, will start on January 2015 and will allow Federal Skilled Workers applicant to apply to Canada’s key economic immigration programs:

• Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
• Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
• Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
• And a portion of the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)

Not a new immigration program but a new way for CIC to manage applications on line.

Faster processing time – Candidates may benefit from processing times of 6 months or less.
