The Yukon Provincial Nominee Program (YPNP) was developed to allow the Government of Yukon to nominate potential immigrants based on industrial and economic priorities and labour market conditions; and who, based on Yukon’s assessment, have a strong likelihood of successfully establishing themselves in Yukon society.
There are three programs the Yukon PNP offers: the Skilled Worker Program/Critical Impact Worker Program and the Business Program.
Yukon PNP Skilled Worker/Critical Impact Worker
The Yukon PNP Critical Impact Worker Program and the Skilled Worker Programs are employer driven; designed to assist Yukon employers, sectors or governments to identify and nominate potential qualified immigrants to fill positions that cannot be filled by the territorial or national labour market.

If you are a potential immigrant and would like to consider if your skills match current job vacancies, or are interested in learning more about Yukon, please Contact Us.
Yukon PNP Business Nominee Program
The Yukon PNP Business Nominee Program operates under an agreement with the Government of Canada and allows the Government of Yukon to nominate for immigration to Canada those individuals with proven business skills who want to live in Yukon, and who want to own and operate a business and make a significant contribution to the community.
The Yukon PNP Business Nominee Program is not an “investment program”, but participants are required to contribute money to their business to ensure its viability.
Yukon is seeking people with entrepreneurial skills who can participate in Yukon’s business community and help expand and diversify our economy. Yukon will be of particular interest to those persons who savour the outdoors and want to be part of the future development of the territory.
