The Canadian Government has updated its sanctions against Iran, and Iranians no longer face restrictions when transferring funds to Canada.  Due to this federal change, Iranian applicants are now able to apply to the PEI PNP without any special requirements.

To qualify for the PEI PNP, applicants must have a minimum net worth of CAD $600,000 (and be able to prove that these funds were earned through their own endeavors), have completed at least 12 years of school, have 2 years of business management or ownership experience, have an IELTS score of at least 4.0, and intend to settle in PEI and own/manage a business from within PEI.
