While there has been no official announcement yet, we expect the next application window for the Quebec IIP to open this spring – possibly as early as May 1.  Details have not yet been announced, but we expect the program requirements to remain unchanged.

Furthermore, please note that applicants who demonstrate an intermediate ability in French will receive priority processing, and can submit their application any time until March 31, 2016.  Please let me know if you would like me to send you the client documentation in French.

Of particular interest for some of you, due to the recent negotiations between Iran, the United States and the United Nations, the CIP is now accepting applications from Iran.
